Unprofessional & unreliable. The company owner came to the land to be cleared and scouted the location. The company owner provided a quote of $1500 to bush hog the property. After receiving quotes from several other company's on Angie's list I contacted Palmetto Brush control, on Friday 8/3/2012, and ask them to perform the work. The owner scheduled the work to begin the following Monday 8/6/2012. No one ever showed up on Monday. When I contacted the owner on Monday afternoon, he informed me that his sub-contractor would be unable to perform the work. He also informed me that the only way he would perform the work was if he used a different piece of his equipment and the cost would be $2700, an additional $1200 over the quote he provided when he accepted the job. I strongly recommend that you not use this company, and check the reviews on Angie's list before hiring anyone to do any major projects. Save yourself the disappointment of discovering a companies poor quality or reliability on your own.
