I sent them pictures of material as they requested and described material in picture. When they got here they stated they should have brought their machine My neighbor brought his over and loaded truck and they hauled it away I also had to provide shovels and rakes

They responded immediately and hauled everything the same day!

We had two large trees cut down on our property. One tree was approx. 80' tall and 3'-4' at the bottom.  I sent a message to Tony Rogers on Oct. 13, 2015 and he contacted me the next day. We scheduled the debris removal for the following Saturday, Oct 17, 2015. We are very pleased with the work from Tony and his crew.  I would recommend Glenn & Son Facilities Maintenance. We will call Tony Rogers again for some more work around our property.

His name is Tony Rogers. He does landscaping and stuff. I thought they were fine. They were very prompt and they came I think that day or the next day. As a matter of fact, he came by today because I have a couple of trees I want to cut down so we negotiated the price on that. He has to come back and I told him at his convenience. He could come back. He just have to let me know.

I am a real estate agent and he is a great job-I now use him for lots of jobs. Great guy.

Although we played phone tag for a few days, Tony was able to set an appointment with me quickly and he kept that appointment. I was surprised that he arrived so late in the day. (around 7 or so) I really thought they would not have enough time before dark to complete the job. The two men arrived in a huge truck prepared to haul away whatever I needed removed. We negotiated a price based on the work Tony could complete because I could not afford to have everything done at one time. It isn't that the price was inflated - it was just not within my budget at the time.
Tony and the very hard-working man who was with him began work promptly, efficiently, and thoroughly.
Both men are very respectful and both are professional and seem to be trustworthy.
They worked in such a way as to not destroy my yard, deck, and fences. it was quite a task and I was pleasantly surprised that they completed the contracted work in such a short time. Their work ethic is above average and even when I took them cold drinks, they did not take a break until the task was accomplished.
I have had bad experiences with some workers who have come to my house. They either left a mess or did not do everything they promised. This was a good experience and I have no complaints.
I have a larger project for this company and my neighbors have even asked about the work I had done. They were also impressed with the speed in which the job was accomplished. Tony has an estimate for me and notified me by text as promised. I would have already had the work done, but there is a health crisis in my family and I cannot schedule work right now.

I highly recommend the services of this company and will use them again.

Contacted me promptly upon my request for an estimate and brought his truck with him and took the junk away immediately for me. Very professional.
