The day of the deer accident, Mr. Williams allowed us to bring the car by for an estimate.  There was no waiting and his employees were able to go over the vehicle and provide the written estimate of $1,073.85.  He told us some of the parts would be ordered and he would have them in a few days and call us. The parts arrived as promised.  My husband took the vehicle in on Tuesday night for Mr. Williams to begin the one day of work on a Wednesday.  I had asked my husband to verify if the car would be back before Thursday as I needed our second car to go to Charleston.  Mr. Williams felt like it could be ready.

My husband had found a small issue by the passenger door that had not be noticed by anyone until he got ready to take the vehilce in.  This was not Mr. William's fault, but ours for nor bringing it to his attention.  When my husbnad dropped off the car, Mr. Williams said he could take care of the additional small door issue.  Because of the added work, Mr. Williams could not quite get the vehicle ready for us on Wednesday but could have it back to us on Thursday morning.
He felt really bad he needed the car an extra day.  Again, let me stress it was not his fault but ours.  The car was ready as promised on Thursday and when we picked it up, the vehicle had been washed and vacuumed and the repaired grill and door looked brand new.  Mr. Williams still feeling bad he could not deliver the car to us the night before only asked me to pay a flat $1,000.00 deducting the bill by $73.85 in an act of good will for the delay.
My husband and I were very impressed with his professionialism, his work ethic, the clean shop and office and the quality of the work done to our vehicle.  We would highly recommend him and plan to return to him for all our collision needs should there be any in the future.  Now if we could just get rid of the deer in our densely populated woods.'
