They informed that the air conditioner was low on freon. He said he would order a new coil and have that put in. Even though the man that originally came out to check it said it was not low on freon. I told him that was fine and about two weeks later I called and he said they would get to me as soon as they could. I waited until July 6th, 2011 and got a recommendation to get it fixed by another company. They asked me why I wanted them to check the freon level. I told them that I had two reports one saying I needed freon and the second saying I did not. They said the unit had not been cleaned and the freon was not low. I hired Carolina Green to clean and adjust this and they were able to solve the problem.
