I think I've covered just about everything above. The main thing they did was to give me a written statement of all costs before they did any work. I knew exactly what I had to purchase and what was included in the cost. I let them pick out everything. I didn't have to do anything. They picked the tile, the flooring, the lighting, the ceiling fans, everything. It was so easy. I just had to pay for it. EXCELLENT experience for our us.
