I called Jonathan around 9:30 this morning (Wednesday) to see if it was too late to work in a last minute appointment before Friday, July 4. He worked me in today! I took my Pom in for a complete grooming experience--bath and brush, cut, nails clipped, and glands expressed. She was done in 2 hours! He has a wonderful rapport with dogs; he took time with my Pom, and she was very comfortable with him. This was our first experience with Jonathan, first of hopefully many. He offered a program of routine grooming, which will cost us less per service with him--looking forward to making that commitment. (I paid more for the same services performed at PetsMart a few months ago.) Oh and he does request shot records, which I was able to have faxed directly from our vet to him. I will definitely recommend him to my doggie friends.
