I have used him for years and it is just a small business. Trying to get hold of him is a pain but he has got a cell phone. I wouldn’t use anybody else. I trust him. When he comes out he goes to the garage and knows every needs and comes and does it right. We have used him for so long and Charles is like one family. If he might be running late on somebody’s property he is not going to cut short there and I don’t mind that at all.
