Precision Painting did a great, professional job of painting several rooms inside my mom's house. That's why we were so disappointed at the careless job they did of power-washing the exterior siding. Using a washer pressure that was much too strong for the siding, they stripped all of the paint off of the siding, leaving it looking even dirtier and grungier than before. What was the most disappointing was their complete lack of customer service. Completely unapologetic for their mistake, unwilling to compromise on fixing the terrible-looking siding, and disrespectful on the phone while discussing the issue. We will never use Precision Painting's services again.
