Walk In Tub Installation and Replacement
Brandon was hired to do tile and plumbing on my house that's a remodel. He was given instructions and several pictures on how the tile was supposed to look. He came to my house on a day that I was not home to do some work. When I returned the job looked like someone had taken the grout and spread it and then never wiped it. It was literally all over the place and it looked like spilled paint. By this point it was already set and dry. The overall tile pattern that was shown to him in multiple pictures was not followed. The entire walk-in shower enclosure had been tiled the COMPLETELY WRONG PATTERN! And every third tile was chipped but he decided to use them anyway. Of course Brandon originally started the job saying that he would not need any money up front and then changed that to request $3,000. I gave him the money in cash. After doing a horrible job and firing him, he refused to take any responsibility or refund any of the money. He has no integrity at all.
