I did my research on the best and most energy efficient heat pumps to get what reviews and friends recommended. I got bids from more than 3 contractors before making a selection. My homework paid off. Rick and his crew did an extraordinary and professional job. Everyone was courteous, answered all my questions as the job progressed and left me felling secure that I got my money's worth.They cleaned up each day, protected my floors by wearing shoe covers and covering my wood floors with paper sheeting.If they were going to be late or couldn't make it, they called. They were truly concerned me as a customer. The final product was a beautiful piece of work and one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had with a contractor. I don't think you'll find any better in the HVAC business for value, workmanship, and honesty. They did everything they said they'd do and more and without adding extra charges to the agreed upon contract. Their followup was also exceptional, ensuring I was satisfied with their installation. I would be honored to recommend them to anyone if asked.

Everything was fantastic. They spent over 2 hours thoroughly checking and cleaning my heating and air, and only charged me $69.99 for over two hours of work. There were all kinds of bugs in there, and he got them all out. The unit is working fine, and they did not leave a mess. The young man was pleasant, and the company was pleasant. He was a little bit late, but my house is difficult to find, although he did not call. Overall, I was extremely happy with them and would certainly use them again.
