Installation was terrible. Called Bob Sillsbury and he came to try to fix the uneven, chipped granite. He left uneven, wavy edges. The backsplash does not match the countertop. After 2 weeks the kitchen sink fell out of the counter dumping water under my sink. I called Bob many time and texted him with pictures. He does not return my calls or e-mails!

They broke a PVC pipe in bathroom and flooded into my bedroom and ruined the bamboo floors. The owner said he would make it right and now he will not answer my phone calls or messages.
