The renovation went great, or as great as can be expected with a renovation.  We had to rent a place to stay for the first 3 weeks of renovation because of the dust, dirt, lack of bathrooms and water.  They put in some long hours to get us back in as soon as possible to reduce the extra expense of renting another place.  There were some inconveniences during the time we moved back in and the time the job was finished, but we new that going in and dealt with them. 
Dave and his team did an excellent job.  Dave listened to what we wanted and was open to our suggestions throughout the process. 
He also provided input that improved the overall design of the renovation.  An example was the open kitchen light concept that replaced the old florescent lighting.  It was stylish and created a sense of openness in the kitchen area that has low ceilings.
His lead person, James, is excellent.  He and Dave are very professional and meticulous about the work they do.
I ordered the new kitchen appliances, up-scaled bathroom vanities, vanity lights, mirrors, kitchen sink, faucets and kitchen cabinet doors, as we knew what we wanted.  Other than the kitchen appliances, most of the items were ordered online.  We coordinated with Dave to ensure these items were on site when he needed them.  Dave was great to work with on all of these things and very flexible. Most items were here when needed but the cabinet doors came in towards the end of the project and Dave worked around this.
Dave was a pleasure to work with, and completed the job as promised and within the budget that we agreed upon.
We would recommend Dave for any renovation work and would definitely use him again.
