I would have given him a higher score if it was available. Everything ran fine for a year, these are old units, So a year later he came and replaced one of the units, and everything was fine for another couple of years and the other one went out.
I checked around with other companies, and with other neighbors, and his price was very good.

They've done quite a bit for us. They are top notch in my opinion. They come when they say they will. They have replaced 2 systems for us. The last time he was here, he solved the problem without any parts or anything and didn't charge me anything.

They started work in June and finished last week. They were professional. The actual installation went fine, but their customer service was not very good. They didn't show up when they said they were going to and didn't return calls when they said they would. I did a lot of sitting around waiting for them. They were competitively priced, but I wouldn't use them again. It was just too frustrating.
