He did not take care of the problem the first time. I had to have him come back for a second time to repair the same problem. I had a negative experience with him. I had him replace the flexible duck work after the first bad experience with him. He did not do a good job and when I called back to have him fix it, and he wouldn't return to my phone calls. After the horrible experience I still had to pay.
