He told me it was too far away and was he was not coming to do the service, and he did not even respond to the original order or contact.

Rich returned my call quickly and since he lives outside of NY now, he gave me two plumbers to call.  Rich then called back a day later to ensure I was able to get a hold of someone and that my job was completed to his satisfaction.

I called at about 9:30 and Rich was here in about an hour, did the work, and was done by 11:30!  No problems and very thorough.
It's too bad he's moving south.  If he were still here, I'd definitely use him again.

Once I realized I had a leak I looked on Angie's list for a local plumber with good ratings. I found a few and called them. Rich was the first one to call me back and said he could come by the next day after his first service call. The next day he called after his job and let me know he'd be there is 15 minutes....he actually was there in 10 minutes.
It took him about 30 minutes to fix the problem because he had everything he needed in his truck which was a mobile inventory of plumbing supplies. I was very grateful he was able to fix it right then and was willing to do so.
The price was extremely fair and I would have easily paid more.
Lastly, besides all the accolades I give Rich here, one other thing is he is just a nice guy. Funny too. After 35 years in the business he has a few funny stories to tell.

Overall we couldn't be happier with his service.  He came quickly and was gone in about an hour.  He was courteous, knowledgeable, and charged us less than most would have charged for just the visit.  We feel lucky we were able to find him in such short notice and easily will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Richard arrived on time and completed the job to my satisfaction.  He is very neat and professional.  I felt his price was reasonable.  I have used Precision Plumbing and Heating before and have always been happy with their responsiveness, work and price.  I would recommend this company.
