 + -1 moreI bought my daughter a custom manufactured home. I spared no expense. It had drywall throughout and insulation. He came out and told us that he could do the foundation with no problems. When he got out here, everything he said went out the window. There are blobs of concrete where he didn't think he could put a brick. He even bricked under the water supply which will have to be removed. He had no business license and no state contractor's license, which is a violation of state law. Because of the poor work, our realtors are knocking $10,000 off of the value of the home. He took no responsibility for anything other than cashing my check. He has been unresponsive to our calls and letters. The price is just for his labor, I bought all of the materials.
