A dormer window leaked during a heavy rain. Jim and his team found the source of the leak after several tries and fixed it. He guaranteed his work for several years, so when asked to come back and fix the leak he was good to his word and fixed it for no additional charge and no complaining or stonewalling. He is a man of his word.

Excellent experience with Jim Baler, LLC. From the first call, that I made late at night, Jim answered, responded quickly, and completed all work. I couldn't ask for anything better. He replaced some asphalt shingles that had blown off, refastened some loose ones, resealed the exhaust pipes, and painted the power vent dome cover. Mr. Baker contacted me shortly after I sent communication through Angie's list. He gave me a prompt estimate that was lower than the other roofing companies I had contacted. Very easy to talk with and very fast repair. He provided photos so I could see what had been done on the roof. The new gutter is a perfect color match with the old downspout. No mess. I highly recommend his company.

Blair Baker gave us the most thorough estimate out of 3 different roofers we asked. Of them all he was the only one to actually climb up on the roof and take measurements. the others basically eyeballed it and gave us some pretty incredible estimates. One was in the ballpark of $20,000. But Blair gave us a very fair deal for the kind of house it is.
Blair and Jim are the best guys to work with i'm glad to call them my neighbors as well.
Through it all they kept in good communication with us and when the crazy NOVA weather let up he and his crew started work and got it all done in a total of 2 business days. The weather bottomed out again the day after they started but they sealed up the parts they didn't get to very well and completed the job a 3 days later. The Roof looks AMAZING and he even through in the insulation for the parts where the rotted wood needed to be replaced. Very cool. And 2 days after he was done ANOTHER 9 inches snow landed on us. Right on time! So, Highest marks for Jim Baker LLC!

Jim was extremely responsive to every call I made before, during and after the project. His crew arrived on time and completed everything ahead of schedule. The end result looked even better than I had imagined and I'm very happy with the result.

His price was competitive. He was very professional and he was actually the one who said that we could put a hold on our roof replacement for couple for years which I appreciated.

Jim started on a Friday and finished on that Sunday his crew were very professional and clean Jim or his son was on site every day that the job was going on.
The workmanship was superb...everything was spot on!! and his crew left the yard looking better than when they arrived I never found any discarded debris after his clean up
I am very well pleased with the work and guarantee and plan to have him back in the Spring to do the other side of the house

The job went really well - completed in one day. Start was delayed a little--my job was not an emergency -- just to get ahead of replacing a roof that didn't have much life left but no active leaks. The big, destructive derecho thunderstorm roared through about the time my job was scheduled, however, so Jim's company had lots of emergency calls. He kept in touch re status, however, and the delay was no problem for me. I had used the company about 2 years early for an emergency ridge vent replacement after part of mine blew off in a winter storm. I've also used them just recently to do a minor repair on a piece of siding that blew off one of the dormers. Responsive, good work, and great customer service every time.
