He checked the electrical, plumbing, a/c. He was early and very pleasant. His finished report was very thorough. If i could hire him for more jobs I would! He went over the report with me on the phone, line by line. And it was a very good price, better than the real estate companies.

They were polite and professional. They took pictures to document what they found which was nice. Their shortcoming was the documentation about the extent of water concentration and various extension of wood.
