Advanced Water Systems-Grand Strand

Our service technician, Anglie, has always been professional and friendly when she services our equipment. Informs us of all testing results. She answers all our questions and gives us an idea of what to expect with our next service call in 6 months. We get an emailed report within a few minutes of her completing her job at our home. We highly recommend the system for filtration of the entire house and the water softener. She has been servicing our system for over 2 years. It is nice to see her every 6 months. She builds confidence in the system and company.

Very well--They were very courteous and professional and completed the work promptly. We have no worries about their service. We did have one small slip in that one of the levers was left in the wrong position which let some of the carbon come into the lines in the house. Would advise that everyone be sure to have them double check the levers before they leave the house, as it took several days to get the carbon completely out of the water in the house. Just an easy mistake to make--We will check each time from now on.

Fantastic! Everything was done professionally, promptly and efficiently, from the initial contact, education, purchase, installation, training and cleanup. The company rep (Will Barber) took the time to share research (and references) on the quality of water in our area, as well as patiently explain how the Kinetico system worked and its benefits. After checking out the installation area and what needed to be done, the technician (who said, when asked, that he had installed more than 1,000 systems) tapped into the main water line, set up the system with its multiple components (pre-filter, filter for contaminants, water softener and reverse osmosis (RO) to reduce bacteria/virus) and installed several water-cutoff valves to make maintenance easier. See photo. Also a faucet was installed by the kitchen sink and the refrigerator water line was changed to come from the RO system. Everything cleaned up, no installation issues. The system is working perfectly and the water looks so much clearer. Its unique engineering and design don't require electricity and from what neighbors tell me, their Kinetico systems have lasted for for 10-20 years so far. Although initially, the system may seem a bit pricey, it won't need replacing. It's not often I give such a high recommendation.

We decided on Bill and Hunter Barber of Advanced Water Systems Grand Strand because of their expertise and their dedication to truly educating their potential customers so they can make an informed decision on what services are right for the situation. We were convinced that the Kinetico system was the best product offered in our area and when we met Bill and Hunter we were greatly impressed with their knowledge of their product and their commitment to continuing service after installation. There were no high pressure sales tactics as there were with other companies we interviewed. We spoke with them many times and attended one of the water workshops that they present before making a decision. We found them to be punctual and professional during the installation of the system, which took the better part of a day. They made sure that we knew how the components worked and answered all questions to our satisfaction before leaving that day. They kept an orderly work area and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the installation. We have had this system for 6+ months and are extremely happy with the improved taste and feel of our water and have confidence that our appliances and surfaces in our home are not being clogged up with all the debris that comes with the standard water in this area. The best thing besides the peace of mind is that there are no crusty rings forming in our toilets and no spots on our glass shower doors! We highly recommend Bill and Hunter Barber- interview them, you will not be disappointed.

They did and excellent job

We moved here 7weeks ago from CT and noticed the water had a VERY strong odor that was chlorine. Our old house was on a well and had a softener and was the best tasting water. So we went and had a RO and water softener installed by Kinetico Advanced Water Systems of the Grand Strand. They were very knowledgeable and and very helpful in getting us what we needed. Bill Barber and his staff is very professional and did a great job with the install and explaining how our system worked.If your thinking about getting a system call Bill Barber 843-222-0248 . I can’t believe how much better our water tastes and no more smell. Oh and for the women who like their hair silky and shiny the water softener will make that happen .

We just had a Kinetico Water Filtration System installed by Advanced Water Systems of the Grand Strand. Bill and Hunter Barber and their installation team did a very professional installation! My wife and I look forward to having healthy drinking & cooking water from our under sink K-5 Reverse Osmosis system. We immediately noticed all the benefits of the Chlorline/Chloramine reduction system, as well as, the Signature Water Softener. All of the systems are non electric increasing reliability. I did extensive research on these types of systems & found this to be, in my opinion, the best on the market. You can purchase them cheaper, but have significantly higher maintenance costs. You get what you pay for! I highly recommend Bill, Hunter and their team for a Quality Product & Installation! Call him at 843-222-0248 for a free water quality analysis. Came tested my water gave me optiors on what I could get. Explained how it would work & how it would be installed. they did an excellent job on installation clean neat no problems. All installed in garage & piped through to my refrig for drinking & cooking. neat & tidy Rob & Hunter the best!
