After removing carpet in master bedroom, a lengthy crack was discovered. The home is built on a concrete slab with no basement. Before we could replace carpet, I needed to find out how what needed to be done. Mr. Wingate was able to squeeze me in the day after calling and, fortunately, this type of crack is common in this area and could be sealed by doing it ourselves.
Description of Work: I needed a professional opinion regarding crack in concrete in master bedroom.

Bill arrived when he said he would. We were quoted a reasonable price and paid that price. The plans he drew up were as we'd asked. He delivered three sets and sent electronic copies by email so that we could have more printed if need be. We have recommended Bill to others and will again.

No problems. Coordinated a time for BIll to come out and perform his inspection. He pointed out 6 structural issues and defects as well as recommended remedies for them.
Description of Work: I hired WIngate Consulting Engineers to check out some structural issues of a beach house I was planning to purchase. They were professional and thourugh. I was provided with a written report as well as had convrsations with Bill Windgate regarding his concerns and findings which were extremely helpful to me making my decision of wether or not to make the real estate purchase.
