Mulch and Topsoil Service
After I called the employee of Steve Ross Landscaping, he did come to my house. He looked at the tree, he said he would need to go and pick up another saw. He would be back in 30 minutes, according to him. HE NEVER SHOWED BACK UP! I waited for this outfit to show back up all day. I called this person, Chuck, and Steve Ross all day with no success. After calling Steve, he said it was Chuck's fault, no apology, nothing. Chuck said he decided he could make more by going to another job. I have never dealt with a company with absolutely no regard for their potential customers. I wasted a whole day waiting for this outfit to show up. They did not keep their word, can't be depended upon for anything.
