I hired Ms. Westbrook out of an ad in the paper. Big mistake. I wanted to create an investment relationship with her but she bid way too high. I found out there is a HUD site that you can see others bids. She knew I bid too high but she got her measly commission but lost out on an 10 or 20 year investment relationship. Her professionalism at the closing table was terrible. I walked out of the office without saying anything to her after the closing and she hasn't even called me after my moved in.
