He came with two boys and he went upstairs to take out the old AC and put in the new one. I paid him a couple of thousand dollars and didn't bother them during the work because I had a broken ankle. I have been trying to reach him to correct the problem and needed to get the number of a handyman he had recommended and he blocked my number. He was good for the job but they don't respect me and treat me like trash. I just want them to pay me for my broken stairs.

"The stairs were broken before we began the job. I gave [member name removed] a contact name of a handy man that could possibly fix the stairs. The handy man turned out to be a crook and took her money. [member name removed] called me non stop to tell me how upset she was about the handy man ripping her off. She had paid him in advance and he ran off with the money. I can take only so many calls from someone sobbing and crying about how they have been ripped off. I tried to contact the handy man myself, but got no answer. I even tried to find his home but came up with nothing. I did everything I could to help [member name removed] but find this guy, but she continued to harass me with non stop phone calls. SO YEA......I STOPPED TAKING HER CALLS......... We did an outstanding job for her and her problem is NOT WITH ME OR MY COMPANY, IT'S WITH THE SCUM BAG HANDY MAN THAT SHE HIRED TO FIX HER ATTIC STAIRS THAT WERE ALREADY BROKEN BEFORE I STARTED THE JOB!!!"
