What a great experience! Justin and his team were on time, made sure that our home was kept clean during the install process, and they were very accurate on the amount of time it would take to replace the old system. The new system is working great and what a difference from the old one. Longbay Heating and Cooling did everything they said they were going to do, which in today's business service world is an accomplishment by its self. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for our annual checkups and maintenance.

They worked all afternoon in extreme heat in the attic of the garage to install the feature that is up there as another service member installed the outdoor unit. There work was well done and clean. We are very please with our system.

They scheduled the service for Saturday morning, they arrived on time, worked even though it's been so terribly hot, installed the new equipment, and had the air cooling in a very timely manner.

Justin and his team were professional and did the work carefully and quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. They were clean and did not leave a mess. Justin explained everything and also took care of the product registration for me.

This is our vacation home and Justin worked with us to coordinate the installation at a time when we would be in South Carolina. All of the equipment was ordered and arrived on time.
