Needed an honest review of the state of my roof, as an insurance adjustor had expressed concerns about one small area. Got the reassurance I needed from Jeff Linta's company, within 24 hours of calling them. Honest, personable and no bs.

I can't believe how fast the service was. I called and left a message. My call was returned within an hour. The work was completed by the afternoon the following day. Less than a 24 hour period. They are a family business and all we're extremely professional. I am also extremely impressed with the work that was done. If I could I would give them an A+++++. Definitely on my recommendation list and if we ever need a roofer again I will call them.

From the time we called to get a quote until the work was completed everything went smoothly. We found the owner, Jeff Linta, to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. His crew was experienced and worked from early morning until dark to get the job done, They made it easy for us by cleaning up and hauling away the debris. The result is a beautiful new roof with hurricane certification for 130 mph winds and wonderful architectural shingles

It took as many as six attempts before Jeff Linta came to my house (without an appointment) to give me an estimate to replace my roof. While Jeff was at my house, I showed him where the ceiling was leaking.  Jeff indicated that he would have one of his crew members come out later that day to take a look at the roof to determine where it was leaking.  Nobody ever showed.
As part of the estimate, Jeff included a package that contained three certifications, two of which were expired.  Jeff also indicated that he had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  Upon researching this, Jeff had only been a member of BBB since 3/19/15 and since having no complaints, had the initial rating of A+ that all BBB businesses start out with. 
I approved for Jeff to go ahead with the work, primarily because I was having such a hard time finding contractors that would even come out and provide me an estimate (I had one other that was considerably higher that did not include the outbuildings).  I did email Jeff and explained to him that "I need someone who can be taken at their word" to do this job.
I was not at the house when the work was performed, so I can not comment on punctuality.  Jeff had said that when the work was performed that he would send me pictures since I was not at the property.  No pictures were ever received, even after Cindy was made aware of this when she emailed me an invoice for the completed work.
When I returned to the property in January, there were several issues that I had with clean up.  The deck furniture was left in a pile on one corner of the deck, a bench was left upended in the garden, a storage container was left lying in the yard, several gouges were left in the siding on the shed and the fence gate was torn off of the hinges.  I went to Jeff's place to settle the invoice with pictures of these items.  Jeff operates out of his home.  After giving the pictures to Cindy and settling up the almost $9,000 invoice, Cindy said that she would have Jeff come and take a look at the fence.  After three weeks of no show, I repaired the fence myself.
I can not comment on the quality of the work as I don't know anything about roofing.  But I truly hope that there is no need for warranty work on this roof, which came with a 10 year labor warranty, because I don't believe that anyone would come out to a**** the problems.

This was , as far as we could tell , the 3rd roof. It appeared that the 2nd roof wasn't installed correctly, and caused premature aging.
After serious evaluation the problem was two-fold, improper ventilation, and because of low pitch, improper deck protection.
Jeff took appropriate measures to ensure that would not happen again.
The GAF products were top of the line and the installers worked tirelessly to complete the project in 3 days.
I felt comfortable with Jeff's knowledge and professionalism, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for prompt, honest
service at an affordable price.

They first did an emergency repair on the rubber boots around two stack pipes responding the same day I called for their help.  I was impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge.  i followed up later with a complete roofing job. They did an excellent job and thorough job of cleaning up the job site. I would use them again.

September 2013 I called the Jeff Linta Construction & Roofing Company and was pleasantly greeted on the telephone by Cindy.  She was  very professional and prompt in returning my call or following up on any concerns I had. I scheduled an appointment with Jeff and he promptly showed up at my house when he said.  I requested an estimate to completely replace the roof and gutters on my beach house.  The quote was very fair and I contracted with Jeff Linta to replace my roof.  The Jeff Linta crew arrived promptly on the day we scheduled and within 2 days completely replaced the roof and gutters as contracted.  The crew was very diligent and professional in their work.  They cleaned up every day after working. The gutter guy was also fantastic and professional.  I would only hope that all construction companies in Myrtle Beach could be as diligent and professional as the Jeff Linta Construction & Roofing Company!

We needed a new roof for our house. We called Home Depot and they came out and provided a quote of 13,500. We also called Jeff Linta Company, since my wife had heard someone at her work recommending him. Jeff was very prompt coming out to our house on the weekend to give us a quote. His quote was 8,000 to replace the entire roof, add a ridge vent, and install gutters around the house. He also said, he billed the entire amount at the completion of the project and it was no need to give him anything down, which I was very impressed with. His company was very prompt in completing the work. The job took 2 1/2 to 3 days. Clean up was awesome. They went through the entire yard and drive up to make sure every little piece was cleaned up. The finish work looks amazing. The new gutters are awesome. The final price stayed the same at 8,000. It was no add ons, or other items that increased the cost of the project.
Jeff is a pleasure to deal with. In addition, if you are looking for any construction work to be completed, I would recommend to call Jeff Linta. I feel I can trust him 100% on doing quality work while not ripping me off on costs.
