I came here for a recall for my 2005 Saturn Vue. I had no appointment. I called ahead to see if they had the part for me. Mike was completely awesome in every way. He told me that they close at 2 on a Saturday and he wasn't sure if he could help me due to time. It would take 1 1/2 hours to complete my recall if they could fit me in. 
I am on vacation here and didn't want to have to come back Monday if possible so I decided to take a chance and wait. So we waited. 
The waiting room is clean and comfortable. There are vending machines, coffee pots, clean bathrooms, a TV, a kid table, and a huge Mac computer for browsing. (The phone signal is ok; not great. They don't have control over that though.)
After a while: He came out and said they were having trouble disassembling my car. And he had 2 mechanics working on it. He offered me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait any more. I was so grateful for this gesture! He said I could keep it until Monday and then come back and get my car after they complete it Monday.
Just as he pulled up the loaner car for me, the mechanics got my car disassembled!! So it was like 10-15 more minutes and I got to drive away with my car!!
With my Yelp check in, I also got a free Corvette hat in any color I wanted! I chose white. It's a very cool hat. He felt I had been patient so he also gave me another hat - the other one I wanted was a logo hat for Jud Kuhn. 
The people who work here are very kind. They are smart, hard working, and try very hard to accommodate. At least they did for me. I saw only good things. If I lived in the area, I would 100% shop for my next car here.
My Saturn's recall (they did 2 recalls for me actually) is awesome. It's completely fixed and it feels like I have my new car again, even though it's 10 years old!
I love my Saturn. This would be my new place to go when I had car repairs. I have struggled to find a good car repair place since the Saturn dealerships closed. I have found one locally to me, and I like it but if Jud Kuhn was close to me, I would get my car repaired here 100% of the time.

They are prompt. Their service is magnificent. They don't do anything to the car actually unless they talk to you and get your permission. If to go in one thing and they find something else they let you know before they do start working on the car. Even though you went for an oil change they say hey you need this done and you can do this at your own time. They are not pushy. I would use them again.
