After a scheduling an inspection, we waited over an hour for someone to come. After no one did, we called and were told that they forgot and someone would be out later that day. We weren’t impressed but went ahead with the rescheduled inspection. Warren Joyce at Integrity Exteriors was overall pleasant and seemed extremely knowledgeable. We had him inspect our roof and we were quite happy with the service. That was three weeks ago. Warren has yet to send his report to us. Myself and my mother, Kathleen Lanteigne, have contacted him several times. He promised to send the report by the next day. That was two weeks ago. Now he won’t answer our phone calls. Our roof is compromised and we really need this report so we know what course to take to remedy it. I would happily change this review if an adequate report was received. We are very disappointed, especially since Integrity is in the name. After writing a review on Facebook, Mr. Joyce responded in an unprofessional manner, refused to send a report, and accused us of wanting him to work for free. A price for the inspection was never discussed and we had every intention on paying him for his services had he sent an invoice along with a satisfactory report. I have attached pictures of that communication.

Still checking to determine if the repair was successful. Thought the cost was somewhat high for the work performed. Paid in cash and repairman told the owner would send a receipt by email. Still waiting on the receipt. Repeated calls and emails have not been responded to, Leaves me concerned that owner would not return if repair fails. This is the treason for my rating.

Warren Joyce came out to bid on jobs. Gave me a bid and took the piece of siding that was damaged. Made appointment to return the following Tuesday Sept 10. Never showed up, ignored phone calls for the next week. Told him that I would be forced to write a review on Angies List and he called back. Promised to come out the 26th of September to do the jobs ,never showed up. Had to leave several messages {all unreturned} asking him to bring my piece of siding back. Finally I was forced to get the help of a recovery company to contact him and get my siding back. He drove by my house the next day and literally tossed the siding on my driveway and drove off. This must have caused more damage to it as it was not in the same shape as when he took it. His business ethics are cowardly and non-existent. I would never recommend him to anyone. I am ashamed he is even on Angies List.

He was great to work with, very professional, on time and neat.

Excellent. On-time, clean up after them. Did a wonderful job.
