He will try to work with you and accommodate your special needs. He is willing to accommodate the customer. He is knowledgeable. He is willing to answer questions about pesticides and all the information that you need to know. He will come out between the scheduled treatment plans if needed.

Everything went really well. The technician was able to treat for the ants and the home is much better. We are scheduled for service every three months, but they let us know that if we have problems in between they will come out at no additional charge.

I was somewhat satisfied but if I had decided to stay in that house, I probably wouldn't call again. When I'd used companies in the past I didn't see any bugs after sprays, but this time within a few weeks to a month later I saw bugs in the house. However, he gave me some very good information I would need when selling the house about termite control.

He is an individual that really cares about what he is doing. He explains thoroughly what he is going to do and if you are not satisfied, even on a weekend, he will come back out.

He opened up his own business and I went with him. He is a good guy. I pay $60 every 3 months. We took over the contract from the people we bought the house from. They do a very good job. He will come back and redo the house if I see anything. I will always use him.

He performed a complete inspection of the interior and exterior of the house to see if there were any signs of infestation. Then preceded to measure out the spacing of the traps buried them at the appropriate places. This was done without any mess to the inside or outside of the house.

Great experience. Just bought the house and it is a low area. Plan to build up under the house. But nice to have this to let me know as soon as possible if termites show up and the guarantee that any damage will be taken care of!
