Barrier Reef Pools & Spas

At first very good. After a time, there was many excuses as to why he was not meeting deadlines. Then the work proceded at a snails pace. A pool that was to be in by December 2011 was not in until April, 2012. It is still not completed. A water feature outside of the pool leaks to the point it can't be used. The concrete used under the tile around the pool is cracked and falling out. The facing was done when the water was half way in the pool. When it was filled, the additional weight caused the cracks. Repeated calls went and go unreturned. Text messages go unreturned. He got the final payment when the job was completed but it looks like he just doesn't care about the problems after the fact. He even said ther would be kinks to work out, just call and we will fix them. He no longer is in his original place of business but I heard he opened another pool store in Riverside. Don't know what name he maybe using now but his name is Mike Mitchell. To be fair, I have no problems with the contacted business' that did the cement, irrigation and landscaping. The problem is, I had to find them on my own. the business is under new management. The old owner is no longer affiliated with Barrier Reef Pools.
