American Plumbin is excellent. Did all the repairs in less than an hour!!

I used Tim last year to replace our hot water heater; this time I wanted to replace our bathroom sink faucets. I had intended to do it myself but found the valves underneath were also in need of replacement. I asked Tim for 2 quotes, one to just replace the valves and one to do the entire faucet installation. Because his prices were reasonable, I decided to have him do the entire job and was entirely satisfied with the results. Tim is reliable, competent and reasonable, I can definitely recommend him.

We heard water leaking behind our kitchen cabinets. We shut the main valve off that Tim had previously installed with our new water heater. I left him a message very late in the evening and he called right away the next morning. He asked me to turn the main on and then turn off the shut off valve to the water heater, which he previously installed as well. This came in very handy. He was able to figure the leak was on the hot water line. They located the leak by cutting an access hole in the kitchen cabinet and fixed the bad t-connect quickly. Tim and his partner are very nice people. Best plumbers I've ever dealt with. Great work, great service, neat and reasonable pricing. You can't go wrong with American Plumbing! A+

Excellent service by Tim and his partner. They installed a new low boy water heater in our condo. They also installed a new main shut-off valve and another shut-off valve just for the water heater. They were professional, meticulous and very clean. Warranty he offers for water heater is better than anyone I called. Highly recommend!

Things worked out because he had some extra time and he was locally.He was done 1.5 hours from time I called

Bathtub wouldn't drain. I tried all the recommended ways of unblocking and finally gave up and called American Plumbing.
They responded within an hour. Determined blockage was half of lever mechanism down into pipe. Had to cut hole in closet wall to access piping. Did so. Cleaned up well and done in an hour. Charged a fair price....$100. I recommend them

Very satisfied with work.  I actually called American Plumbing a few days earlier for a problem with my shut-off valve in the garage.  I found American Plumbing (Tim) on Angie's list which is my first choice when available.  They came out the same day and replaced the shut-off valve.  Unfortunately, this was not the problem.  Tim felt the originally plumbing in my four year old home was not installed correctly.  He said the only way to know was to remove drywall and see how the pipes were connected.  I decided to escalate this issue to the builder (Pulte Homes).  I did not expect to have this corrected since the home is four years old, but Pulte Homes sent someone around to correct the issue.  It was as Tim (American Plumbing) thought.  "Incorrect plumbing".  This issue was resolved free of charge from the builder.  I paid American Plumbing their basic service call of  $75.00 and would have called them back if Pulte Homes did not correct the matter.

Being aware of American Plumbing from the previous call, I did not hesitate to call them when the outside pipe broke a few days later.  I was very satisfied with American Plumbing (and Tim) and will not hesitate to contact him for any future plumbing needs.

We are very pleased with the work Tim did at our house. We had an urgent need to get faucets repaired. He realized the urgency and came right away to help us. He even gave us another alternative to get the parts which saved us $100. If we have any other plumbing needs we will call American Plumbing (and you should too).

We had a singing toilet that just wouldn't quit. One phone call; same day service! Tim arrived within the appointed time, identified the issue, and repaired the problem within a reasonable period of time. Professional, prompt, neat, friendly. Would highly recommend Tim for any plumbing issue.

He came to our house and determined the problem. We ordered the necessary parts and he returned to install the parts. He gave us a simple, inexpensive solution to a problem that had bugged us for a long time.

They arrived on time, the man was friendly; it is a family business and they are very reasonable and take a lot of pride in their work. Definitely would use them again.

Tim is the guy who comes out from American Plumbing. He is very good. He has come out various times over the last 2 or 3 years. I have recommended him to other people in our neighborhood and they found him to be competent and reasonable. He did little things like install a faucet. He is very knowledgeable, honest, competent, professional, punctual and prompt. He fulfilled his promises. He was reasonable and responsive. I think Angie 's List is a wonderful service and I'm happy to be a member. I hope more people find out about this American Plumbing guy because I found him extremely good and its difficult to find a honest professional plumber in this area. Angie's a great service and I really appreciate their service.
