Never Pressure Wash Your House - Sea to Summit Pressure Washing llc (a local company) specializes both in residential and commercial exterior cleaning needs. We believe strongly that high pressure washing techniques have no place on or around your home. Instead of blasting your property into oblivion that can cause damage to paint, rip screens, break the seals on window glass, and force water inside your home around windows and doors, Sea to Summit Pressure Washing utilizes a safe “Low Pressure” cleaning techniques often called SoftWashing that gently - yet effectively – removes mold, mildew, dirt, grime, algae, pollen, dust, cob webs, and other contaminates. Our cleansers emulsify and remove grime without putting the exterior of your home in jeopardy and we are capable of cleaning up to 4 stories high without the use of ladders or lifts. When cleaning windows we use de-ionized pure water which eliminates spotting and streaking. Along with using de-ionized water, we use water fed poles which also allow us to go 4 stories high without the use of a man lift making hard terrain easy to navigate. Are the shingles on your roof showing ugly dark spots and streaks? We can safely remove the Gloeocapsa Magma algae as well as lichen and roof moss with non-pressure washing procedures and cleaning solutions recommended and approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association.

2023 ... Limitless praise for Sea To Summit Pressure Washing! Wonderful to have STS clean our house, deck, concrete driveways, and window interiors for the past six years! My house had not been cleaned for nearly 10 years and it looked like it. Very dirty, black streaks on gutters and some green and black mold in places. Sea to Summit quoted a competitive price and did a thorough cleaning job. Gutters are white again! Siding is clean! Completely satisfied with their service and I recommend them whole heartedly.

I contacted them for a quote and it was provided the next day. After I accepted their offer, they gave me a service date quickly, and the technicians even arrived early! They got right to work and were done in about 90 minutes. They even did a little more than I asked, with no additional charge. I really like their cleaning practices. They used hot water and a "soft wash" method; no high pressure blasting. Our house and walkway look great. They give you a single and multiple item price, so cost can vary depending on how much you want cleaned. I found their prices to be quite reasonable compared to similar providers I've used before.

Excellent job on all items, entire crew was very knowledgeable, was a lot of work for one day, but finished on time. Quote process was very detailed, Owner walked me through the estimate. I will definitely use this company again. Excellent work cleaning shingle roofs which were very discolored by algae stains due to roof age and close trees. Best soft pressure wash company I have used in the last 12 years.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with this company. They did a great job and I liked the soft wash feature because a previous company ruined the seal on one of my windows with their high-pressure wash. Since technically, I had two different jobs, they quoted a discounted price for having the two jobs done simultaneously. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the work that was done by Sea to Summit on our home. They were able to almost completely remove the nasty red dirt stain on the bottom perimeter of our light colored brick home. We had tried many different cleaners, acid and even pressure washing it on our own to no avail. It appeared that we would have to paint the brick in order to make the house look presentable, thankfully Sea to Summit was able to remove almost all of the stain!!! The work was performed on the day as promised and the rates were very reasonable! We would definitely recommend their services and would use them again in the future!

Perfectly they are the most professional power washing company I have come accrossed. They provided an estimate and came when scheduled and they left no issues behind. Wonderful. They were a little slow in responding but I think this is because they sent out someone to write up an estimate. If they would have added an email to say they got the request and would be sending an estimate out in a week they would have been perfect.

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but I will for Sea to Summit. Pressure washing vinyl sided houses can be destructive. Water can be forced in under the vinyl and around window frames. Instead, Sea to Summit uses a soft wash system. Kenny and Ashley (I think those were the workers' names) showed up on time. They were pleasant and professional. The job took under 3 hours, and the house, which had surface areas of mildew, was clean when they were done and looked brand new. I will definitely use this company again, probably every year. Like most consumers, I'm distrustful of a company's advertisements, and I'm used to poor service and workmanship. But Sea to Summit is the real deal.
