One thing that surprised me was they were able to pull up the home on Google and give me an estimate on the spot. Greatly appreciated.

Sea to Summit performed an excellent job with the house and surrounding areas around my house. Very clean and professionally done. I did have to call back on one issue, they did follow up and performed a re-clean that was satisfactory to my request. There was a little delay in the return call but all is done and I'm very satisfied. I got 2 bids, S to S came in on the higher bid but I liked the cleaning type they offered so I did go with them. Fantastic service and by far the lowest quote I received. They came out and did my entire vinyl exterior, gutters, driveway, walkways, porch and back deck for just a bit more than a competitor quoted me for just the vinyl. I never realized how dirty my house and driveway were! They even cleaned my porch furniture which wasn't in the quote. They can be hard to get hold of by phone but are very responsive to emails (I received one after 2:00 am one night). Highly recommended!

Amazing - Amazing - Amazing - is the best way to describe their exterior house power washing service. They removed all the mold and black pollution that adds up over the years. My gutters and eves are a bright white, they look like brand new. I also had them power wash my driveway which also looks fantastic. My house really stands out above the others in the neighborhood. I will recommend them to anybody who wants a quality job!!

They an excellent job cleaning the full exterior of our home, including all the gutters that were quite dirty and stained. Their low pressure system using hot water and cleaners works extremely well. We were very pleased with their responsiveness and the price was excellent compared to the others bids received for traditional pressure washing.

The person that came to complete the work was professional and got the work done quickly and quietly while I was doing stuff in the house.

They were suppose to come between 9 and noon Thursday. did not come and did not call until after 4:30 Thursday evening. He said he had trouble with his truck. We told them it was too late that day. Agreed to have them come Friday at 9:30 AM. They did come promptly at 9:30. We wanted our driveway cleaned also, Len said it would take a couple of hours, so we left for a while. We came back approximately Noon. They had finished and left the bill. I went into the house and notice a large (5 or 6 inch) water stain on the ceiling of our living room. My husband went into the attic. The insulation was wet the entire width of the eve over the side door. We called Len, he said his wife would come and look at the damage. She never did. He called back about 6:50 PM and said he would send a contractor Monday to look at it. We'll see if he shows up.- this is now Dec. 2017-never heard from them again.
