"A message was left on our answering machine for a request for an estimate. [member name removed]'s number that he left was called several times with us leaving a message for him to call back to set up the appointment for the estimate. After several attempts to connect with him we did not call again. There was never an appointment made, because we actually never spoke with him from our office. All calls, if missed, are always returned in a timely manner."

There was a little delay in material because of Hurricane Sandy but I was kept informed of that. Once the material arrived, Mr. Gallamore and his crew finished the job in one day. They communicated any issues very well and were very thorough with clean up. Would recommend and use them again.
