A staff member has documented the owner and Dr, Bob McKee abusing animals ans verbally abusing staff. The one I saw was him hitting a dog after pulling him out of the cage by it's collar in the air. Awful that staff and unsuspecting customers have to deal with him and he has an A rating from 2011...really?proof: [*** Link removed ***]

Dr. McKee and his son aff are wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and quick to research the latest information to better care for his patients. He cares for our three adopted dogs, and recently provided excellent end-of-life care for a fourth elderly dog. We are very impressed by his expertise, compassion and love of animals.

They are absolutely fabulous. Dr. McGee is fabulous.

When I called she said that they just couldn't see me. I was pretty upset and I will never use them again.

I took our cat, Andy, to the vet because he was having to struggle to breathe. The vet took x rays and blood, and emailed me immediately upon his receipt of the results. I took Andy back, and he showed me the xray film again, and showed me that his lungs were contaminated with some kind of fungus, not revealed by the labs, and then we talked about treatment, including cost and what we would have to put a 21-year old cat through. In the end, my wife and I agreed we should have Andy put to sleep. The Dr. was kind, caring, and comforting. I stayed with Andy during the procedure, and held him until he passed. The entire staff could see how upset I was, and were very kind and caring.

They are all nice there and he is very knowledgable. He loves his animals.

They are great. They are professional and knowledgeable. The office staff is polite and friendly. If I have a problem they can fit me in. I would recommend them.
