It took almost a week to get a call returned but the issue was resolved. At least for now. Their service has shown to be erratic over the last few months and you really don't get your money's worth.

Used their internet service for about a year and canceled due to multiple outages that ranged from a few hours to days as well as my VPN was constantly disconnecting. Switched to another provider and have had no outages or VPN disconnections.
Also found out that when you cancel you have to pay for the entire month as they do not prorate their charges. Although Lexington has limited options for internet service, Windstream should be your last choice.

I'm pretty unhappy with them because they bill me too high. The billing is very poor. They told me its 99 dollar a month but I'm billed 160 dollars the cheapest a month.

I am a heart patient and I needed 911 capability besides the cell phone since it doesnt have a magic button, so I decided to get a reg phone installed for the cheapest price available. They installed the line for free and I pay 12.95 for the 911 service and 800 calls for whatever, I can receive unlimited calls. It is best vaule for the price!!
