Great job installing my new dryer vents. The owner came out the first day was as honest and professional as you can be. Great job and quality oriducts.

I called Vent Pros to fix the mess the other company left. I wish I had called them first...totally professional, competent and courteous...on time, same-day service...unbelievable these days.

Contacted Vent Pros to replace old dryer duct work. Couldn't be more pleased from the initial conversation to the completion of the work. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians who assessed the situation and made recommendations. They replaced the duct and rerouted it to make the flow more direct and safer at a very reasonable rate. Was a pleasure to work with them and would recommend them without hesitation.

This was fairly new company that I hired last month to clean my home air ducts system. I found them thru an internet search. After speaking with the owner, Will Long, when I called to get a free estimate to have my air ducts cleaned. He was very courtesy and professional, which made my decision very easy. On the phone he explained that he could provide an estimate, simply based on the square footage of the residence. So I decided to give him a shot because from their Google reviews, everyone had been giving them great reviews. On the day of my scheduled cleaning he another gentleman arrived 15 minutes early. They was very professional and knowledge about their profession. During the approximate 4 hours at my home, they cleaned 3 air returns, 21 air vents, and also my dryer vent. I was home and watched the entire process, and I was very impressed with the customer service that I received. Throughout the process Mr. Long continued to educate me on energy efficiency in my home, and he provided some excellent home maintenance suggestions. I'm definitely going to continue to utilize this company probably every 2 years, because I was very impressed with their honesty and customer service. Before I selected this company I had received 2 other cost estimates which was almost doubled his price. Because this is just a 2 man company that has only been a little over a year, I would highly recommend it to friends and family members who want a professional team.

Our former vent person moved. I saw the good reviews and was a tad hesitant given one non vent business reviewed well here was not up to our expectations. Anyhow, Matt Lambries and his assistant were very professional. He showed me photographs of the work done including diagnostic numbers on air flow. I was VERY please with his promptness, professionalism and courtesy. He recommended we have the dryer vent cleaned in two years. I will be calling him to clean our dryer vent again. Very Happy.

Will and Matt of Vent Pros are fantastic. We needed help quick and Will was able to come by the very next day. He and Matt explained the entire process, showed us the video live of the vents, checked up on the roof, air flow, etc. and offered options. Our issue required some detective work to identify and they were very thorough and kind. Good price. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best! Arrived on time, took him 4 hours to clean because mine was a mess, and he still charged the same reasonable price. Very thorough! Such a nice guy! Highly recommend!!

Upon observing the vent leading to the outside of the house, it was determined that they did not need to be cleaned. Will suggested that I change out the foil duct and if further issues to contact the manufacturer. I was only charged for the foil duct and the call. He was very friendly, personable and professional. I would use this service again and will also refer to others.

Team came on time. Very professional. Took vent apart and showed me the problems involved (vent disconnected as well as being plugged). Took care of everything and cleaned up after the work. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Mr. Long, owner, arrived on time. The dryer vent hose was almost completely clogged. He replaced the entire hose from the dryer to the outside of the house and also replaced the outside duct because it was falling apart and water had seeped inside. They cleaned everything up prior to leaving. Excellent job and the price was extremely reasonable.
