TV SERVICE CO

Turned in TV with broken volume. He took it apart and put it back together and volume worked. Charged us basic diagnostic fee only.

Our LCD TV stopped staying on and the troubleshooting tips and a call to tech support couldn't figure out the problem. I dropped off the set and discussed the problem. He called me back and asked a couple more questionns while he was trobleshooting it and determined that the mother board had gone out. He located a replacement and the set works as good as new.

Mr. Wayne Frazier is a nice honest man. I found him on Angieslist.com. I called him and a couple other people. Others wanted to charge just for an estimate. Mr. Frazier only asked for a deposit of $25 (which will be given back to you if you decide not to use his services and pick up your TV). I told him I had done a little research and thought my power supply panel needed to be replaced. He told me that was very common in my type TV and could be anywhere from $250 or $350 depending on part price. He told me he would take a look at my TV and then call me with a better estimate. Well lucky for me, it wasn't what I thought is was and was much less expensive. Actually only costed me a total of $153.45. I will continue to send him business on any future needs!
