I gave Tony the following review for a job he did for me several years ago. Yesterday he finished a second job for me and my previous review still stands. Without doubt, Tony is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. He is a high energy guy who pays attention to detail and does outstanding work for a reasonable price. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did for us. Standridge Masonry & Repair has my highest recommendation.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Tony Standridge! He was personable, professional, and prompt. He explained what he planned to do and provided even more information that what we needed along the way. This work was in conjunction with an insurance claim, and Tony went above and beyond in dealing with our claims adjustor. We highly recommend this company!

Tony did a great job building our brick mailbox and repairing our front steps. He responded promptly to our inquiry and brought samples that he thought would complement our 32 year old house. The mailbox is beautiful and looks like it has always been there. The brick he recommended is perfect and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Our front steps had gaps in the mortar after years of wear. Tony repaired them so water no longer gets in the cracks between the bricks. We are very happy with the appearance of the steps and Tony’s attention to detail. We highly recommend Standridge Masonry & Repair and would definitely use them again.

Excellent job done by Tony and his team. Tony called me back quickly and came out to provide a quote. Once the quote was accepted Tony and his team had the entire project finished in two days. The first day the old driveway was torn up and removed. Then, the fill dirt was brought in and packed down. It took 5 tons of fill dirt. On day two the concrete was delivered and poured. Tony and his team are very professional and courteous. Tony is very concerned about the quality of his work and his team's work. They are also concerned about leaving the job very clean (all debris was removed as the job progressed ). I would definitely use Tony and his team again and have already recommended him to my co-workers and friends. Great experience. Extremely pleased with my new driveway!

We had a wonderful overall experience! Tony is knowledgeable, punctual, reasonable and professional. I wish we could rate him higher than an A! He deserves extra credit and a grade of A+++. Tony stayed on top of his crew to make sure the work was perfect. He also came by the house again after the crew left to make sure it was all done to our liking. We are very impressed by his work ethic and we appreciate his dedication to making sure that we had an excellent experience. I will definitely contact Tony again for my future projects. If you are searching for a contractor, there's no need to look any further...Tony is the best!

Prompt response [within the hour] when I called to get an estimate and if could he take on this project.
He offered options as how best to replace back door brick steps given the tightness of the space when cars were parked [the space allocated to parking and the size of the steps had led the previous owners to install steps which were too narrow plus substandard mortar had been used apparently causing the steps to fall apart]. New steps were the only practical solution since the old steps had been removed and cinder blocks had been used as temporary steps. He built new steps which had the proper depth and height and increased the overall width of the steps making it safer and easier to enter or exit through the back door.
All of the foundation vents on the back side of the house were to varying degrees below ground level. [During the recent floods water used those vents to flood underneath the house.] Only some of the vents had some sort of brick wall around the vents and those that were there were not high enough to be effective. He built new protective walls for two vents, he added additional height to four vents, and he built new protective walls for three vents on the end of the house.
There are six front steps and in the fifty or so years of the house much of the mortar has disappeared. Several bricks on the edges had come loose and three bricks at the top where the wrought iron railing was anchored had come loose. The railing itself was very "wiggly". The bottom row of bricks had an area where several bricks had begun to sag. All of these issues were identified and he repaired and replaced bricks where needed.
The quality of the work reflects on his attention to detail, his skill, and his professionalism. Very reasonable cost. He removed all construction debris.
Will we use him in the future? Absolutely! We have already agreed on our next project [driveway repair and new walkway to front steps which will begin after the holidays.]

Called Tony and explained that we moved the vent for our fireplace and we needed to install a couple of bricks to patch hole. We sent Tony a couple of photos and he said no problem would be out on Friday. Tony showed up on time and had the right bricks to match and the mortar matched. Tony did a great great job, you could never tell the hole was patched. Highly recommend Tony and will use him again.

Tony came by soon after he was contacted and surveyed our problem. He then scheduled the work as soon as possible. A few days later he began and soon had the problem solved! Now our front steps look good and are safer as well.

Tony's work, attention to detail and customer service were great. I wish I had found him sooner and he worked quickly to help repair our home in order to put it on the market. He is a busy man so it may take a call or two to coordinate the schedule, but he was always prompt and committed to getting the work done quickly and done extremely well. I can't recommend his work enough.
