Squeaky Clean Pressure Washing

Overall, I was very satisfied.  The owner/operator performed the estimate and the work (with a helper/employee).  The estimate was provided on the same day that I contacted him.  He provided a detailed list with options via email, and I was able to pick and choose the services I wanted.  He also offers painting/staining of porches and fences.
He performed the work the next day.  I met him in the morning to go over details, and he called me when he was an hour or so from finishing so I could come over to pay him.
The house, fence, and driveway look much better.  Especially the house.  The vinyl siding looks new, and so does the vinyl ceilings on the porches.  The gutters look much better, but do not look new.  A faint black stain remains, but is much better than before.  The driveway does not look like new concrete, but it looks 100% better than before.  All stains were knocked down, but there are still faint marks where the worst stains were (from car oil).  The fence is a very marked improvement, and is ready for staining.  Overall, I'm very satisfied with the outcome, and would have had to pay much more for brushing, etc. to get any better results. 
The owner/operator (which I like to support over big companies when I can) was professional, courteous, and friendly.  The job took him a little longer than he expected, but he never hinted at wanting more money than the quote.  I would definitely recommend the company, and plan to have him clean at other properties.
