At least twice a month I have to call because something is not pick up on trash day. Sometimes I call around 4:30 pm to let them know it is still there. Then the next day I call at 4:30 pm to say it is still there.they say they have 24 hours from that time to pick it up even though I called the day before. One time my yard trash sat there for a week. When my dad died, they did not pick up the trash the day he died. I called the next day so it would be gone before the day of the funeral. It was still that morning. When I called complaining, they said they could not guarantee it would be pick up by 11:00 am. I had to call my congressman to get it done!
