I live on the west coast and hired Hagood to do work on a property on the east coast. Thought I'd get better results using Home Advisor since I've been burned in the past. I told Hagood up front I'd like before and after pictures. He agreed to this but in the end he could not provide pictures of all the work he said he performed. I was very disappointed. He was not a good communicator. When I pushed for him to get the pictures to me he complained about how hard he'd worked for me. So why not send me the pictures and show me all of that hard work? I honored my end of the deal and paid him in full. But, I still do not know if he completed all of the work or not. That is SO typical of workers now days. I've dealt with this property from the west coast for 7 years now and everyone I've hired during that time has burned me. It's very disappointing.

"Today is Thursday 4/20. I worked on his property last Wednesday (4/12) until it was dark here on the "east coast," but took as many pictures as I could get before dark fell. I did try to get in touch with him before I left his property to explain my reasoning for not having of his required pictures. I also thoroughly explained to Mr. David on Monday that I had a busy schedule this week and the weather forecast was calling for rain which would delay my ability to get out to his property and take clear pictures of the work done, but told him I would be able to get out there today (4/20) to send him the rest of his required pictures. I never said I had a problem sending him pictures of the work. David was extremely hard to get in touch with from the get go, possibly due to the time difference, but also made the only time I could communicate with him very late at night and via text and e-mail. I did explain to him repeatedly that I did not "burn" him nor was I going too. I work very hard for my business to have a good name and worked 6 full days on his property, alone, with no crew. He paid me in full before I could even get him more pictures to prove that the work had been done by his choice and sent me a rude text message saying "not to worry about the rest of the pictures". Very disappointing to have a bad review without my customer giving me adequate time to address their issues."
