 + -1 moreThe installers were very bad. Sears did not stick to their terms. We had to go to the manager to complain about the installation and they gave us an in store credit and not a refund or rebate.
Description of Work: We purchased a new gas dryer from sears along with a warranty and the installation of the dryer. When they installed the dryer vent hose, it was all bent and I needed them to fix this and make it straight. This is a major fire hazard. The sales person never returned my multiple calls.
