It went perfectly.  I logged my issue in on their website, as I discovered that  the AC was not working at around 8 pm.  They responded from the web and called me early the next morning.  This was not an emergency, so it was fine to wait until the morning, and I had told them that on the website.  They were there by 10 am that day, with my regular service person, who knows our system.  They replaced a small part on the unit, and all was good to go.  The AC has been working perfectly since.  I have a service contract with them which I think is reasonably priced at $225 per year.  They come out twice a year and inspect both my units (I have two), change filters, and I get a certain amount of Freon with that contract.  If you have a service contract, you get priority in needing service.  Short story is that they are honest and reasonably priced and reliable.

The team arrived as scheduled. They explained their process and the expected completion date. When they came inside, they always asked permission, were careful about not tracking in debris. When they finished, they tested all the systems inside and outside .
And before leaving asked if I had questions, and call them if I ever had questions. The team was polite, and tried to reduce the normal inconvenience of a project like this.

We discovered around 1:30 pm that our HVAC was not working. Having poor results with other HVAC companies, we took to Angie's List and found Quality Plus. We called and within half an hour they were at our house and inspecting our unit. Thankfully it was just a small part that needed replacing, and we were up and running in no time. We are so thankful their quick response and professionalism. We definitely will be using them in the future!

The Quality Plus crew is always punctual and professional. The only time it has taken more than one call to address a problem is when it has involved a warranty issue.

They were punctual and set realistic and acceptable timelines, goals, and standards. I would have been happy with what they had quoted on the timeline they originally stated. They somehow managed to not only meet every expectation, but to exceed expectations in every possible way. The staff was very professional. punctual, and trustworthy. I wanted to wait a while before leaving this review to make sure that everything was going to hold up. It is doing great. My home cools down nearly three times faster than what I am used to. It seems to run a lot less and my power bill is already down in cost quite a bit. Yes, I could have saved a couple hundred dollars going with the first estimate (who just seemed like they were trying to sell me anything.) There is no doubt in my mind who will conduct my services in the future and I will tell everyone I know about my great experience. These are some quality people who are honest above everything. They won't tell you what they think you want to hear, they will tell you the truth. This was a wonderful business interaction. I wish all transactions were this fulfilling. They are just extremely fair to people. They had accidentally drained the Freon out of my air conditioning unit, and when they came back, they acknowledged that they had done it and they didn't charge me.

The young technician called the morning after we called. He arrived at the specified time. He went right to work troubleshooting the problem. He narrowed it down to the thermostat and /or the fan relay. Since our unit is an older one the relay had to be shipped in from another city. He and the part arrived the following day. He installed it and calibrated the thermostat. The repair went smoothly and the man was very knowledgeable. Unlike most service technicians of today he didn't try to sell us more than we needed or a complete new unit. In fact when I asked him about a newer more efficient unit, he thought the savings wouldn't be worth the initial expense of a whole new unit. Will definitely use the company again if I need HVAC service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

QUALITY PLUS HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING does really good work. The owner is very efficient and gets things done. He gives you the price up front. His company is excellent and they do an excellent job.

Mack and his technician were both great to deal with. I really felt taken care of. I was thankful that Mack did all the communicating with the manufacturer for me to determine what was wrong, and I did not have to do anything but sit back and know I was in good hands now.

My A/C quit cooling, Quality Plus was called, they had someone out within 2 hours found the problem fixed it left the bill in the door. A/C is back up and running. Great Job

They regularly forgot to bring an odd sized filter when they cam to do the semi-annual service. They would promise to bring the filter later and only did it when I called them just prior to the next service even though they were call many times in between. We asked for an estimate to install an entire new system and had several other companies do the same. All four of the other companies pointed out the same issues that should have been caught in the intial HVAC inspection and when asked why QP did not point them out they sid that they wanted to back out of the service contract because they felt like we didn't trust them any more. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything.

They installed everything new. Everything works wonderful. I had to call them one time with a question and they were very nice.

I asked every heating and air vendor at the last home show how much they would charge to install a programmable thermostat. All of the vendors showed the same thermostat, but Quality Plus's price was the best and they seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the product and took the time to discuss it. All of the other vendors had to make a phone call to someone else to find out how much it would cost.

He did not check the system overall and check the sensors, so he had to come back out that night and fix the heat sensor. He did not make sure he even wired them back up right. So after a few days I had the same problem and that's when I went with another company to fix the job they did,and since I had to do that it cost me total $300.00 to get a simple thing fixed.
