Prestige Appliance

I had picked out Thermador appliances along with a GE refrigerator at Jeffers McGill for our kitchen remodel. I was referred to Prestige Appliance by someone so I went to see them. They are not a GE dealer but said they would sell me the GE refrigerator along with the Thermador appliances. The day the GE was delivered it arrived with dents in the doors. The delivery people said it would be taken care of. Shortly after the refrigerator quit cooling. It was repaired a couple of weeks later. I asked the Manager of the Columbia store for a refund since a new refrigerator should not arrive dented and already be failing. He said he would take it back. Its been eight months and this issue is still not resolved. They ignore messages and will not return phone calls. The only way I could get the manager on the phone was to keep calling from different numbers and hope he would answer. They also did no leave mounting hardware for the dishwasher panel when it was delivered. I specifically told them when they came to install they needed to have the hardware. When the installer arrived he knew nothing about it and it had to be ordered. I had to leave work for a second time to meet the installer. They have basically told me they will take no responsibility for the refrigerator and its my problem. I was doing them a favor by shopping with them and regret not buying my appliances from Jeffers McGill who has always given great service.

Installation went well. Provider would not fix faulty oven hood. I had to contact hood manufacturer to get problem resolved.

Previous install was very clean. Sent Prestige photos of the penetrations inside the cabinet to ensure the new washer could use them. They said no problem but would to add a duplex outlet.
Got home and the floor was very clean they did a good job not to scratch pine floors.
However it was done a liitle sloppy underneath. I promptly sent a photo to the salesman and he sent chief installer out to rectify.
Was happy with end product.
Will do business again.
Much better than a Lowes or Home Depot.
Hope the miele lasts longer than our Bosch, which only made it 4 years. Of course this new washer needed repair out the gate, but Prestige got part within a day and repaired

Had a decent selection of appliances.  Found the wall oven I wanted and
at a discounted price.  Sales man very informative.  They came and
installed the 3 appliances we bought and were very professional.  My
'issue' is that the wall oven door and the control panel at the top gap
is not consistent, so the oven looks like it is not level even though it is.  My husband has called 2 or 3 time to get a tech to come out and look at it but we never hear back.  Now it may seem like a small issue and there are - I'm sure bigger things for techs to look at/fix - but if they will not come out and look at this what happens if I really need a repair done???
