Owner was very accommodating for scheduling, including sending someone immediately if I needed them (I didn't). The service tech arrived at the expected time and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He walked the area with me, advised what he could do to resolve my problem and offered some suggestions for improving my drainage going forward. He returned to his shop to pick up equipment and came back within the hour. Job then took about an hour and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. More than happy to recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
Note: Plumb Krazy (as I understand it) recently acquired 'Mr. Rooterand quot; franchise so operates under that name as well.

Our plumber was from the area very personable and willing to take the time and effort to make us feel confident of his ability. Hope we won't need him soon but will ask for him if we do.

I met the owners at the home and garden show after attending a seminar they gave about tankless water heaters. After comparing prices at several different plumbing companies, I found them to be the most reasonable and most knowledgeable. The husband and wife team were very friendly and helpful both before and after the installation. Michael went above and beyond to explain things to me during the estimate as well as the installation, and Kim, his wife was so helpful afterward when I needed to file my government rebate that she explained everything I needed to do and drove to my house to hand deliver the documents I needed. A year and a half have passed and I have not had a single problem with my water heater. It's fantastic: I have a lower electric bill than my neighbors and I have unlimited hot water.

Too much information to write. Overall, it was not good because they couldn't fix my problem.

These guys are good and I would highly recommend them. They came out on a Sunday on a short notice. They charged half of what somebody else would have charged me. They came and fixed the water line. I don’t recommend plumbers, but I have recommended them to others. They are the only plumbers that I would call in future.

Came home on a Friday from the gym at about 11:00am to find my water turned off in my house! Called the water company and they told me that the meter reader noticed excessive water use. He noticed a wet area in my yard near the house so to prevent water damage inside the house, he turned off the water to the entire house! So I called Plumb Crazy and they came out right away, within an hour and a half, and they determined that a major pipe coming into my house was cracked in the front yard and needed to be dug up and replaced. They also determined that the leak was not damaging anything, just causing our yard to be damp. They had the tool to turn my water back on and that made me very happy!!! The man said he could repair the leak the next day, Saturday. I was very happy with their responsiveness and their experience with determining the problem. I also was glad that I didn't have to call the water company and wait for them to come and turn the water back on. Work was completed as promised.

The work was great. Great company, great customer service and great contractors.

I was very pleased with the worked performed and should I ever need a plumber again, they are the ones I will call.
