I can't say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of this company, and in particular, the owner Rick.   I never thought I'd need to hire a private investigator and didn't know where to start looking for a reputable firm.   This company was one of the top-rated on Angie's list, and I contacted them late in the evening for an investigation I needed to start the next day.   Rick called me back immediately, explained the process and costs in detail, and rearranged his schedule to accomodate my needs.   He stayed in touch with me throughout the time the investigation was taking place and was sensitive to my particular concerns and budget.  He provided exactly what I needed in terms of documentation and video, and completed his report within 24 hours of the end of the investigative process.   He followed up to make sure all was clear in the report, as well as making sure the charges on the statement I received were what I had expected.   I hope I never need to use a private investigator again, but if I do Paragon Investigations would be the only firm I would call.   Rick goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing investigative services.

Rick was very accommodating. He spent a lot of time explaining how he would conduct the surveillance and made suggestions for how to best locate my cheating wife. Unfortunately, the investigator was not able to locate her. But, that was not his fault. I had no idea where my wife was going to be. When i called him to let him know where she was, he dispatched the investigator immediately, but she had already left the scene y the time he arrived. He contacted me several times during the day and was very flexible and helpful. I do not expect to have to ever use him again, but if i was in need of a PI in Las Vegas, i would definitely use him again.

The owner was great answered all my questions. He walked me through the process before we started and the service met all of my expectations.

The experience was quite pleasant. Rick is a consummate professional and easy to talk to. He is the first private investigator that made me feel comfortable. The service was faster than I expected. If I require a private investigation service again, I will be using Rick at Paragon.

We were very happy, and I would reccommend them to anyone.  Rick, the owner, was very responsive, allowing me to have a much better experience than I had expected.  If i ever needed another investigator, I would not hesitate to call them back.

Due to the sensitive nature of the work that was done I cannot go into great detail, but suffice it to say that Rick and Scott did a great job.  They were very understanding of my situation and were extremely accomodating of my needs.  I was able to get so much more for my money due to the discounts offered to me through the Angie's List referrel.  I recommend Paragon Investigations very highly!

The cost of the service is determined by the complexity of the situation.  Mileage and other expenses are not included in the basic fee.
The contract was completed in a timely and professional fashion.   All fees are explained upfront.  Documentation was provided as requested.

AMAZINGLY!!!!  They showed up on time and were anxious to do what ever it took to get a resolution for my problem/situation.  They worked tirelessly for several days and under a very tight time frame.
