They are awesome. They come at your inconvenience, anytime even after work. They always wear slippers on your feet. We keep using them because they are so good. I do not have any complaints.

Trent is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and the people who work for him know what they are doing and have integrity, just as Trent does. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. We live between Blythewood and Ridgeway but the distance is no problem for this company. We highly recommend this family owned company. Trent will not try to sell you something you do not need, but will be honest with you about the options and costs.

They’re very good to work with! My cousin’s husband was in the HVAC business for a long time, and he’s the one that installed my unit about 35 years ago.  More recently, I decided to get something new, and Trent was the one that installed the new unit; he was actually trained by my cousin’s husband!  He’s done everything he’s supposed to do and it’s been a good experience overall.

Our HVAC company told us our unit needed to be replaced.  We were dubious and called Palmetto for a second opinion. They came out to look the equipment over, and took the time to explain and point things out to us.

They also confirmed that nothing was wrong with the existing system, so their honesty saved us thousands of $'s.

We're switching our annual service contract to Palmetto and will call them for all our HVAC work going forward.
