I purchased a Groupon for this company. The deal was for "5 rooms of carpet cleaning with deodorizer" for $68. We have pets so this was the primary reason for the purchase in the first place. First of all, I couldn't get the company to answer the phone for a month after the purchase because they stated they weren't taking appointments until after the new year. Then the guy was 45 mins late for the appointment. He was out of pet enzyme when he got here, so he had to come back the next day. Then when he came back, he charged me another $59 for the pet enzyme on three rooms. So I ended up paying $128 for having three rooms cleaned instead of five. The employee was unprofessional and the company is just as bad. And he didn't even do a good job! Do NOT use this company!
