They are very reliable and responsive. I called yesterday, and they came today. He supplied the supply line but not the faucet itself. You call him and he comes right out. His prices are reasonable. He is honest in his estimate. The price usually turns out to be the estimate. He doesn't try to sell you more work than you intended. He will tell you what he thinks you need to do, but he doesn't try to oversell you.
