Mark Ullman Construction LLC

We were given Marks's name as well as 2 others to give estimate and we went with Mark for several reasons and we could not be happier. We told Mark what we would like to get estimate on but also asked him to price out each area as above. We would have loved to have had Mark do all the work but we had a budget and we were not sure if all the work could be done on our budget, We opted to take down wallpaper and not paint wood paneling in family room in exchange for other things that we decided we wanted done and Mark was very nice and willing to work with us along the way. He never asked for any money until we inspected that all work was complete, He and his "guys" were very punctual and cleaned up everyday while they worked. We have three dogs that they tolerated hearing their barking throughout the day. We really appreciate Mark's professionalism and honesty and felt he always was front about what really needed to be done and kept us up to date on progress. He never once tried to sell us anything other than what we discussed. He offered suggestions on what could be done and would also give us price options. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone and everyone,. We definitely will use him again in the future and will refer all friends and family..and anyone here on Angie's list to Mark if they need any kind of work done,
